Some of our costmers send us samples for mold opening up or new project or just for analysis. Yesterday, we receive a sample from a Middle East. He told us he love this product, because it looks nice and good to use. But after open up in the lab, we suggest to stop selling this kind of s**t right away! There is no fuse in this MCH heating system, and it's like you are holding a bomb in your hand! TOOOO dangerous...

And we guess this is not a really Babyliss.

Here is some of the testing points:

Sample setted highest temperature is 240C--470F;
Heating up time:20S to 200C;
Striving peak temperature 260C---500F;
Stable real highest temperature is 225C---437F;

Stable real highest temperature 225C---437F   WOW, still about 15 C difference, for MCH control, not a good job. FBT can do +-5C.

NO FUSE... This is very dangerous for a MCH system!

Is far infrared technology the future of healthy heat styling

I have got 4 flat irons. First is was the SEDU iron (which I still love), then I got one with titanium plates at a hair show (titanium plates are supposed to stay smoother over time vs. ceramic). How to Chemically Straighten Hair at Home

My hair is very thick and frizzy after the washing. Over the years, I have learned to keep it short and pulled back into a ponytail to keep the frizziness away. Until recently I started straightening my hair with an iron. It definitely improved my appearance, but takes away precious minutes in the morning. I am not a morning person and every minute counts!

Instructions

First, thoroughly shampoo your hair twice, wash it, and dry it.

Divide your hair into small sections and apply keratin with gloves on. Comb it evenly through hair. (Note: Make sure you are in a well ventilated area. There will be strong fumes. Place a towel under hair to keep clothing from getting stained. Also, please wear gloves!)

Make sure that entire head is well coated. Now, let it sit for 30 minutes.

Dry hair with blowdryer after the 30 minute soak-in.

Run a straightener through each strand at least three times. This will lock the product in for longer lasting results.

Keep keratin in hair for 72 hours without washing.

Straighten your hair several times during the 72 hours to help penetrate the product within each strand.

Also keep your hair straight and dry for the next 72 hours.

How to get mermaid hair curl

A lot of girls have fallen head over heels in love with mermaid waves lately. Why we love this look? It brings to mind the perfect fairytale hair, it looks lovely for an occasion and then when the curls start to fall out all out more and become a little messy the day after, it still looks great. 

Start with your "best loose wave" hair. By that, I mean, whatever kind of hair works best for you to hold a loose curl.

Pull up in a bun or clip the top 2/3 of your hair so just the bottom section remains. Hold a 1" curling iron downwards and wrap a 1-2" section of your hair around the barrel starting near the handle and wrapping down towards the end of the curling iron.

Repeat the process through the bottom section of your hair.

Pull down the next 1/3 of your hair and curl that section the same way, and then finish with the top 1/3. When curling the top section, start your curl around 6" from the top of your part so it's not curled all the way to the root.

Lightly tease under your top section of hair to add a little volume.

Spray your waves to and run your fingers lightly through to give a more textured piecey look.
